The rule got simpler over time.
Tools got faster. Judgment became easier to avoid. We built 8gnc around the opposite choice: keep the problem, the person making the call, and the thing that ships close together.
The name has changed with the business. Michael founded Zero Cool Studios in 2018, carried the work under M.L. Sebastian, relaunched it as Branded Mayhem in 2025, and incorporated Branded Mayhem Collective LLC in 2026.

Michael Sebastian runs the diagnosis and stays with the work through launch. Collaborators join when the job needs them, but the context and final call stay with him.
The shop is in Richardson, Texas. Michael has kept his hands on the work here since 2018.
